| | | | | | | | RUC Beer Garden  | - The beer garden at the RUC is considered as one of Canberra's most relaxed with its beautiful garden surroundings. The newly landscaped nature strip to the front of the club is north facing to take advantage of the all day sun.
Shaded by two impressive oak trees it provides the perfect beer garden environment. The specially made picnic tables under the trees are a perfect setting for a bistro lunch and a cold beer in Canberra's Parliamentary zone. The beer garden comes alive in summer with people flocking to enjoy the outdoors and warm sunshine. - Also to the front of the RUC is a paved beer garden surrounded by hedging and protected from the elements by a custom made sail and is heated. The RUC has a heated members balcony just off the gaming area where smoking is permitted.
